Very convenient location if you come by car and don't want to drive around the city traffic. Enough parking space. Easy access from highway. Metro station nearby with lots of connections. Everything is as described - real 4 star hotel. Clean, neat, good food, friendly personell. Mr. Ramazan and all the front desk staff were very helpful with all our additional requests. It feels like they really care about their guests.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The compliments were a big surprise and definitely made us feel special. Free internet and a safe box is a plus. The nearest shopping mall is just 10 minutes walk.

Breakfast menu was good. Fair choice of non-Turkish TV stations. Close to Axis Mall and Metro station. Staff can arrange for a nurse to come and do PCR for you at the comfort of the hotel, for 200 or 250 TL. Printed result in 24 hours.

Mr Ali at reception was an outstanding staff. he supported and guided alot. Other staffs were also quite helpful. Axim mall was few minutes walk that helped alot. Room at 12 floor had a view of entire city.
